The Qantas Rewards Store website underwent a strategic redesign to elevate the shopping experience for Qantas Frequent Flyer (QFF) members, focusing on the array of non-flying benefits available. This makeover was aimed at making the site more intuitive and user-friendly, ensuring members can easily access and enjoy a wide range of rewards from top-tier brands, enhancing their membership value beyond the skies.

Initially launched as the Qantas Store in 2008, the Rewards Store has been dedicated to enriching the Qantas Frequent Flyer program with a diverse array of non-flying benefits. Over the past decade, it has successfully linked members to premium rewards from leading global brands. I joined the Rewards Store team mid-project and was responsible for enhancing the user experience through the Product Listing and Detail pages.
