Redsbaby, a dedicated online retailer of prams, strollers, and accessories, aimed to transform its digital presence. The strategy involved redesigning their website to resonate more with their target demographic, streamlining the shopping experience to empower parents to make purchases confidently and effortlessly.

In my role as a UX/UI Designer for this project, I faced challenges, especially in the UX design area which was initially outside my comfort zone, along with the overall UI of the website. Collaborating closely with other designers, we established a visual direction that allowed me to take the lead on the UI, guiding it from the beginning to the end and refining the user experience. One of our main challenges involved addressing numerous rounds of feedback, due to the complexity of the website. Our goal was to create a user-friendly interface while ensuring all necessary content remained accessible and clear.
Given that Redsbaby products are exclusively sold online, it was crucial for the site to effectively highlight the product quality. To accentuate the premium leather and fabric finishes, we leveraged detailed photography and sleek UI elements to enhance the website's scannability. This approach was designed to clearly showcase the products, making it easier for parents to navigate the site and confidently make a purchase decision.
